Barcelona to San Sebastian
1/7 Pension Amular 8 bed dorm
After I woke up, I went down to the lobby and booked a night in a San Sebastian at a hostel, before the surf
camp with Nadja. I bumped into Aliza in the hostel lobby then went and had a big breakky with her at a café, we bought some
fruit and sangria, walked with her to the park and laid in the sun on the grass
and and chill out comparing our travels.
We arranged to meet up in Marseille and Nice. Our time together was cut short, because we had to taxi back to the hostel in a hurry so I wouldn’t miss my train to San Sebastian.
Got to San Seb, found my hostel in just under an hour. A 8 bed room with no one around so I went for a walk, and stumbled upon an awesome light show projected onto the the town hall and bumped into a Stoke travel promoter ‘Lenny’ who gave me a discount for the surf camp I was about to book, then went back to the hostel.
San Sebastian 2/7 Beti
Anayak Hostel 8bed dorm
Woke up and asked to book another night, except Hostel was
full, so I booked one online. It took 2 hours to find the bloody hostel with my 20 kilo pack on.
Spent the rest of the day trying to find shoes (55e) and got a haircut (28e).
Decided to get some Pinxtos for the first time thinking it
was all you can eat, and in turn, was yelled at, 28 euro later.
Met two Aussies - Steve and Mark back at the hostel, went
out drinking with them and got blind fairly, met a lot of girls that were snobs from hawthorn, so I bailed to hang out my washing.
Returned to find they had left, went to another club, met some dickhead surfy that for no reason thought he had something to prove, , and this little cutie Jo – an air hostess. Walked home bumped in some cool Aussie chicks from Berwick.
